If I could rank this 6 stars I absolutely would. Cannot recommend this place enough! Exceptional customer service and a genuine and authentic desire to make sure you leave with exactly what you want! I bought an engagement ring there and as a first time diamond/ring buyer it can be overwhelming but the staff at Mark’s Diamonds make it a fun experience. Amazing place!!

We were referred to Marks by a friend. Wow! What a great experience! We were immediately comfortable with everyone on the staff we came in contact with, and at the same time felt lucky to be able to have Mark get to help us chose our stone and ring design. When we found out it would take a perfectly reasonable 3-4 weeks to get the finished ring, which was a custom request, we mentioned in passing how we should’ve come earlier as it would’ve been nice to get the ring before going on vacation to see my Fiancé’s parents. Mark called me the next day and informed me he would do his best to make it happen. I surprised her with her finished ring, exactly like she wanted, in Florida less than two weeks later. I’m not sure if these results can be typical for everyone (disclaimer) , but our experience was wonderful . Highly recommend Mark, Bobby, and the entire Marks Diamonds staff and experience!

We are so pleased with our experience at Mark's Diamonds! Not only did the entire crew chip in to make my perfect ring, they worked extra hard to have it ready for my fiancé to give it to me while visiting my parents. I got a second proposal in gorgeous south east Florida captured on film with my parents there to witness it all! Mark was amazing to work with and made us feel at ease about everything. And I got the ring of my dreams!

I have never experienced this level of customized and personalized customer care. Absolutely extraordinary! I came in and the entire process was so low stress and flawless. Bobby was the best! The whole entire process of getting the engagement ring was painless! I came with a picture and he guided me the entire way. He educated me on picking the right diamond and the right band. The ring was exactly what my fiance wanted! Such great quality and my fiance gets compliments daily about the ring! I will recommend Mark's to everyone and we will be going back to get our wedding band or any jewelry in the future!

Mark's Diamonds was a referral from a referral, which should tell you what you need to know. While the pricing is more than fair, the customer experience is why you really shop here. They are incredibly knowledgeable and have a fantastic selection of unique and one of a kind pieces. There is no pressure from the staff, instead their primary concern is to ensure that when you walk out you are elated with your purchase.They also have the ability to take any design or idea that you would like to create and have it custom made.We will never buy jewelery anywhere else!!!

I purchased my engagement ring at Marks diamonds in December 2017. Mark and Bobby deserve a 5 star rating. Each meeting was 1 on 1, and Mark was able to show me many options in a couple of different meetings until we found the perfect stone. Both Mark and Bobby were responsive all days of the week, and were accomdating in fitting the band after the proposal. I highly recommend Mark’s diamonds for anyone purchasing an engagement ring.

If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond your expectations and needs then Mark is your guy. Mark really does treat you like family whether it is your first time in there or your 50th. Not only that but you can not beat his quality and connections. The experience with Mark’s Diamonds was awesome! The staff is respectful, kind and honest. They made me feel like I belonged there, I couldn’t afford most of the jewelry in there but they made feel like I could ,if that makes sense! They're extremely friendly and welcome you to the store with hugs - always snatching the jewelry you're wearing for a complimentary cleaning while you're there. The selection is great, and even better when you want something custom. They'll work within your budget and design ideas to get exactly what you want - whether it's with their in-house jeweler or special ordered. They're happy to show you any piece of jewelry in the store, and Mark works tirelessly to help you find the perfect piece. This is definitely the place you want to make your jeweler in Denver. I’ve been to a number of jewelers around town in search of lowering my engagement setting. No one else would do this (including the place my ring is from!) and Marks Diamonds said it would be no problem and it was finished two days! Exactly how I wanted it, too. They are by far and away the best. They are extraordinarily personal and accommodating. Tim, their jeweler, can literally do anything you want and is such a wonderful person to work with. Please dont go anywhere else! Save yourself the trouble and headache of dealing with sales-y jewelers and go here to get exactly what you’re looking for. Wish we had started here.

Mark's Diamonds team make memories last forever.My husband recently died and I had an idea for his wedding ring that I needed professional jewelers to realize. I wanted to combine my husband's and my own yellow gold wedding rings together, add silver on the outside, for a two-tone look, and then add an Art Deco design to the "One ring to rule them all". I met with Bobby and Tim. First, Bobby was very gracious and sympathetic to my new grief riffled life and situation. He listened intently and proceeded to introduced me to Tim, their Master Jeweler, to present my idea to him and come up with a game plan. Tim, also gracious and kind, took my idea and made it better. Instead of silver, which is soft, he chose white gold. He then rolled out our rings and made them one, hand-hammering it into shape. If I understand the next step, he took a white gold ring, subtracted from the underside of that ring and added our yellow gold to make it two-tone. He ended up injuring himself in the process. So my final ring was made with blood, sweat, and tears. He is healing up nicely. Tim then sent it to their professional experienced engraver artist to add the Art Deco design I mentioned. The final result blew my mind and I am ecstatic and so very thankful for this ring, for their kindness, artistry, and craftsmanship - for the forever memory they helped me keep. If you need any jewelry, custom or no, you need to visit these wonderful artists. Thank you from the entirety of my heart!

Mark reset my original diamond from my old engagement ring into a beautiful setting that is a show stopper! I get compliments on it all the time. Recently I stopped in and saw a diamond necklace that is very similar to my new rings that I had to have. Mark and his team are courteous and helpful. They make one feel special almost like a celebrity with the red carpet treatment. I find that the experience is much different than that of a retail store. Mark has been my jeweler for at least five years now. He and his wife and Natalia have a very personal way of taking care of their customers. Mark's designs, resources, fast turnaround and amazing prices make him my absolute go-to favorite in Denver! What a wonderful experience. Mark added two beautiful bands to my engagement ring and it really took my ring to another level! Not only was his turn around time fantastic, but after getting the bands he messages me pictures and made a new suggestion before finishing the ring and it looks so, so much better than it would have had he done what I originally thought I wanted.
