Yes. We can customize any piece of jewelry from our website to personalize it for you. To make a piece specific to your desires, customization of a piece of jewelry may lead to longer production times than stated on a product page.

Can I order a custom ring setting and use a diamond or gemstone that I already have?

We can produce a setting to fit a diamond or gemstone that you already have as well as mount that diamond or gemstone to your specific needs.

How are orders placed and processed online?

Website orders are processed with a debit card, credit card or bank transfer. Once your item is made, it will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

How do I place an order over the telephone?

How do I know what my ring size is?

We can assist you by sending you a complimentary ring sizer to help you find your ring size. You may also visit our ring sizer page to download a PDF file to help you properly size your finger.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept debit cards, bank wire transfer, and Bitcoin.

Do you offer layaway or financing on your jewelry pieces?

If you love a specific Mark’s Diamonds piece, you may lay that item away or qualify to purchase through Wells Fargo financing.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

Orders shipped to Colorado addresses will be subject to the standard Colorado State sales tax at 7.65%.

What are the options for shipping at Mark’s Diamonds?

Once your order is placed, verified, and complete, we will ship your item to you priority overnight shipping via FedEx. For orders placed on Friday or over the weekend, items will be shipped on the following Monday.

What steps do you take to ensure that I receive what I ordered?

After your order is taken, our Quality Assurance team takes the time to make certain each piece is made to its exact specifications. Once your order is complete, our QA team will package your piece along with an appraisal document and polishing cloth.

May I have an item shipped internationally?

At Mark’s Diamonds, we only ship within the United States.

What is your return policy?

How do I know I am receiving the diamond that I ordered?

When you purchase a diamond through Mark’s Diamonds, your diamond will come with a corresponding lab report completed by a certified gemologist detailing your diamond’s unique characteristics. These unique characteristics will also be listed on your Mark’s Diamonds appraisal.

Do you offer synthetic or lab-grown diamonds?

No. Mark’s Diamonds offers only 100% natural and conflict free diamonds.

Can I purchase a loose diamond? Can I purchase a loose gemstone?

Yes, we can help you to find the perfect loose diamond or gemstone to fit your needs.

Can I order my piece of jewelry in alternative metals such as rose gold, palladium, platinum, etc.?

Can I get my Mark’s Diamonds ring re-sized after I have purchased it?

With your ring purchase, we offer one free re-sizing within 60 days of your original purchase. 

May I upgrade my Mark’s Diamonds ring?

We can easily assist you in upgrading your Mark’s Diamonds piece by contacting our Customer Service Department at 877.766.2757.

What else is covered by the Mark’s Diamonds warranty?

When you purchase a piece of jewelry from Mark’s Diamonds, you are eligible for a cleaning, re-polishing, prong checking, rhodium plating, re-sizing and small diamond replacement as part of our warranty guarantee. For more details, contact our Customer Service Department at 877.766.2757.

Who do you recommend for jewelry insurance?

All of your Mark’s Diamonds jewelry pieces will be accompanied by a gemologist certified appraisal. We work with Jeweler’s Mutual insurance to insure one-off jewelry pieces. You may also add your jewelry to your home-owner’s or renter’s insurance policies.
