I’m writing this review from the perspective of the best friend of the customer... because said customer now lives in Germany with his (now) fiancée and he’s too in love the I remember to write one. We had been to a few jewelers, mostly just looking as my friends move to Germany was only about a week away. We showed up to Marks Diamonds with the expectation of narrowing down what he wanted, unless something really caught his eye. Mark was SUPER helpful! My friend was looking for something unique, with a vintage-y feel in rose gold, with a champagne colored stone. Something you wouldn’t see at every other jeweler. Mark was patient, not at all pushy, and weighed in with his expert opinion when needed. My friend ended up finding the perfect setting AND band and to top off the already wonderful experience, they were able to get the ring finished and ready for him in just 2 days before he left for Germany so he could propose the minute he landed after 4 years long distance. She absolutely loved it!! I would 100% recommend Marks Diamonds!!

First of all Mark and Ashley were a huge help and made the BIG decision for me so much easier and less draining! You think Marriage is a big decision? Try picking out the right ring to ask your future partner to marry you! I went to another place (not going to mention any names) that I spent 5 hrs at!! They just kept pulling every single ring out of the case and asking, do you like that, do you like that? Needless to say I was so burnt out even if it was the right ring I was over it. When I reached out to Marks Diamonds we sat down and discussed what I had seen that I liked, and what I didn't like. After Mark spent time listening to me, he pulled out maybe a total of 4 rings and several stones and then it happened! This seemingly impossible journey ended, we put together the perfect setting with the right stone and the best part was I didn't need to take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for it! If you want to know what it is like to deal with a professional, someone who truly does twice the listening and half as much talking don't waste your time elsewhere. I cannot speak highly enough about Mark's Diamonds, especially Ashley! I had heirloom stones I wanted use for my engagement ring, and knew exactly the design that I wanted (half halo with pear shape main stone). I went to several jewellers in town who offer custom design, but their prices were even more than my stones were worth, and it would take months to do. With Ashley, the process was no nonsense, fun and stress free for a very reasonable price. To top it off, I had my ring within 3 weeks! I will definitely be returning for our wedding bands!

Mark and Ashley were absolutely wonderful during my most recent visit. I went specifically to look for a piece to help commemorate my wife and my 30th anniversary. When I walked in they already had several pieces set aside for me to look over, based on an initial phone conversation. Mark's Diamonds is the ONLY place we will go for any sort of jewelry. We were married a couple of weeks ago and Mark and his team were part of every step of the process from the engagement ring to selecting our wedding bands. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! My fiancé worked with Ashley at Mark's Diamonds to design a beautiful ring. From what I understand it took about 1 month from start to finish. I found the ring extremely beautiful however with hands as small as mine, the ring was too bulky. I set up a meeting with the owner, Mark, and he listened to every thought I had. With his knowledge and my thoughts, he delivered a ring just as beautiful as the initial concept that fit my tiny hands. The CONSTANT COMPLIMENTS ON MY SPARKLE is....constant! Mark's Diamonds has not only ALL the diamonds to choose from (most brick & mortar only carry a few and have to order other sizes/shapes), but they are high quality. My diamonds are so well cut they sparkle even after several days of using lotion, soap, etc. I absolutely recommend them for either a design or for stocked jewelry they have their show cases, which you can't help but to drool over when you're in their office. Bottom line, don't go anywhere else, you'll just waste time.

Wow! Where do I begin! I had the pleasure of working with Bobby! He was super professional and accommodating from the first phone call. I decided to come in to see about resetting my diamond to a new setting. I didn't have an appointment, but they were happy to see me right away. I was looking for a specific design and was given many options to pick from. Bobby and Mark made it very easy for me and worked within my budget. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. They just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. They actually had to have my setting custom made for my diamond. You don’t get this kind of time and attention at other jewelry stores. I was so amazed at how beautiful my ring turned out. I absolutely Love, Love, Love it! I can’t say enough good things about Mark’s Jewelers! After calling other jewelers and getting short, rude or unclear answers to my questions, I called Mark's Diamonds and finally spoke to someone who was personable and knowledgeable. This led my fiance and I to go into their office to speak about and get pricing to resize our rings. The experience in the office with the jeweler and Ashley was great. If you are a person who wants the best experience while paying the least amount for the most quality jewelry then contact Mark's Diamonds NOW.Out of the eleven other jewelers and companies I tried to work with Mark's Diamonds was simply the most accommodating, the most personable, offered the best price and were the fastest to respond. Bottom line, they delivered. I created a custom ring with them and that is the one on my (almost) wife's finger.I had the pleasure of working with Bobby Hoffman and it was a joy. Bobby won last year's Best Guy in Cherry Creek award. I think I actually said to him, "Bobby, I want to be just like you when I grow up." Seriously, Bobby Hoffman is a machine. You take an already great guy and get to see them completely come through for you at a ridiculous speed. It's a win win. After asking permission, I was contacted by email, text and phone and most of the time with same day results; now that's accommodation. They even rushed the custom production of my ring so I could propose with a plan which presented itself at the last minute. A complete shift of timeline which they met with encouragement and excitement for me to succeed in the surprise proposal. Bobby Hoffman will make you look like the man of her dreams. I came in a bumbling idiot not knowing anything I needed to know in order to create a ring and left with the ring which still takes my fiancee's breath away. He did all the work and I get all the credit, thanks Bob. The rest of the staff were amazing too. Numerous different members, like Mark Hadley himself, coming into Bobby's office every visit to give their expert opinion, check out a new stone with me or just to come say hello. They all knew who I was as well as the progress of my ring or stone search.Ashley Hadley was invaluable as well. It is one thing to get the opinion of a champ like Bobby but is another to get the opinion of a gorgeous woman who is stylish, has years of experience with fine jewelry and knows how to accessorize with it. Bobby found so many stones for me so fast even with all my contingencies for more rare stones. Even when I came in with a stone from a third party seller he inspected it and gave me an honest opinion and presented me with the option to have it set in the custom ring. These people are the industry standard and will not disappoint on any level, professionally, socially or financially. I look forward to working with them again. Mark helped my fiance, Ari, create the ring of my dreams. We had stopped by together just to "look" as my fiance (boyfriend at the time) was so overwhelmed by all the different options and vendors our there. Shopping for an engagement ring is very stressful experience for most men. The lack of knowledge mixed with the large price tag make things difficult and nerve racking. I went down to Mark's Diamonds with my watch I inherited from my grandfather. Tim and Mark were both very welcoming, as well as the rest of the staff. Tim resized the wristband for me, polished it up and got a fresh battery installed! We were referred to Marks by a friend. Wow! What a great experience! We were immediately comfortable with everyone on the staff we came in contact with, and at the same time felt lucky to be able to have Mark get to help us chose our stone and ring design. When we found out it would take a perfectly reasonable 3-4 weeks to get the finished ring, which was a custom request, we mentioned in passing how we should’ve come earlier as it would’ve been nice to get the ring before going on vacation to see my Fiancé’s parents. Mark called me the next day and informed me he would do his best to make it happen. I surprised her with her finished ring, exactly like she wanted, in Florida less than two weeks later. Not only did the entire crew chip in to make my perfect ring, they worked extra hard to have it ready for my fiancé to give it to me while visiting my parents. I have never experienced this level of customized and personalized customer care. Absolutely extraordinary! I came in and the entire process was so low stress and flawless. Bobby was the best! The whole entire process of getting the engagement ring was painless! I came with a picture and he guided me the entire way. He educated me on picking the right diamond and the right band. The ring was exactly what my fiance wanted! Such great quality and my fiance gets compliments daily about the ring! Mark's Diamonds was a referral from a referral, which should tell you what you need to know. While the pricing is more than fair, the customer experience is why you really shop here. They are incredibly knowledgeable and have a fantastic selection of unique and one of a kind pieces. There is no pressure from the staff, instead their primary concern is to ensure that when you walk out you are elated with your purchase.They also have the ability to take any design or idea that you would like to create and have it custom made. We will never buy jewelery anywhere else!!!

I purchased my engagement ring at Marks diamonds in December 2017. Mark and Bobby deserve a 5 star rating. Each meeting was 1 on 1, and Mark was able to show me many options in a couple of different meetings until we found the perfect stone. Both Mark and Bobby were responsive all days of the week, and were accomdating in fitting the band after the proposal. I highly recommend Mark’s diamonds for anyone purchasing an engagement ring.

If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond your expectations and needs then Mark is your guy. Mark really does treat you like family whether it is your first time in there or your 50th. Not only that but you can not beat his quality and connections. The selection is great, and even better when you want something custom. This is definitely the place you want to make your jeweler in Denver. I’ve been to a number of jewelers around town in search of lowering my engagement setting. No one else would do this (including the place my ring is from!) and Marks Diamonds said it would be no problem and it was finished two days! Exactly how I wanted it, too. They are by far and away the best. They are extraordinarily personal and accommodating. Tim, their jeweler, can literally do anything you want and is such a wonderful person to work with. Please dont go anywhere else! Save yourself the trouble and headache of dealing with sales-y jewelers and go here to get exactly what you’re looking for. Wish we had started here.

Mark's Diamonds team make memories last forever. My husband recently died and I had an idea for his wedding ring that I needed professional jewelers to realize. I wanted to combine my husband's and my own yellow gold wedding rings together, add silver on the outside, for a two-tone look, and then add an Art Deco design to the "One ring to rule them all". I met with Bobby and Tim. First, Bobby was very gracious and sympathetic to my new grief riffled life and situation. He listened intently and proceeded to introduced me to Tim, their Master Jeweler, to present my idea to him and come up with a game plan. Tim, also gracious and kind, took my idea and made it better. Instead of silver, which is soft, he chose white gold. He then rolled out our rings and made them one, hand-hammering it into shape. If I understand the next step, he took a white gold ring, subtracted from the underside of that ring and added our yellow gold to make it two-tone. He ended up injuring himself in the process. So my final ring was made with blood, sweat, and tears. He is healing up nicely. Tim then sent it to their professional experienced engraver artist to add the Art Deco design I mentioned. The final result blew my mind and I am ecstatic and so very thankful for this ring, for their kindness, artistry, and craftsmanship - for the forever memory they helped me keep. If you need any jewelry, custom or no, you need to visit these wonderful artists. Thank you from the entirety of my heart!

Mark reset my original diamond from my old engagement ring into a beautiful setting that is a show stopper! I get compliments on it all the time. Recently I stopped in and saw a diamond necklace that is very similar to my new rings that I had to have. Mark and his team are courteous and helpful. They make one feel special almost like a celebrity with the red carpet treatment. I find that the experience is much different than that of a retail store. Mark has been my jeweler for at least five years now. He and his wife and Natalia have a very personal way of taking care of their customers. Mark's designs, resources, fast turnaround and amazing prices make him my absolute go-to favorite in Denver! In addition my husband is comfortable going in to see him knowing that he will always pick something that I love. And if I don't, there is never any question about exchanging or modifying it. What a wonderful experience. Mark added two beautiful bands to my engagement ring and it really took my ring to another level! Not only was his turn around time fantastic, but after getting the bands he messages me pictures and made a new suggestion before finishing the ring and it looks so, so much better than it would have had he done what I originally thought I wanted. It's so gorgeous. After working with him, I found out that last year he actually donated a very, very large amount of fine jewelry to the nonprofit I work for to be auctioned off on behalf of abused and neglected children. They are not sales people... they are consultants helping friends make the best decision for their circumstances including budget. I have not seen this type of consultative approach by a jeweler in my entire life. They truly become your friends.
